Social Rent

Mid Market Rent

This type of rented property might suit you if you are working but can't afford market rent. Rent levels are set between market rent and those set by councils and housing associations. We provide flooring, curtains or blinds and some come with white goods. We ask for a security deposit which is equivalent to one month's rent plus £100. So if the rent is £500 the deposit is £600. This is held by an independent tenancy deposit scheme until the tenancy ends.

We will prioritise you if you are:

  • Currently a housing association or council tenant or are on a waiting list with them
  • A key worker providing essential public services such as in education, health or similar
  • Have a local connection

Market Rent

A market rent property might suit you if you are in work and earning at least £1500 each month. We ask for a security deposit which is equivalent to one month's rent plus £100. So if the rent is £500 the deposit is £600. This is held by an independent tenancy deposit scheme until the tenancy ends. Properties come with floor coverings, curtains or blinds, kitchen appliances and electric showers.
